Communication
Communication is essential and of utmost value to us and we believe it is for you too. There will be a handful of Zoom meetings during your project, but the majority of our communications will be asynchronously conducted via email. This method permits us to keep the written journal of our conversations and minimizes the risk of mistakes in communication.
Our aim is to respond to all of your emails within eight working hours, from Monday through Friday. We will be in contact by us during the course of the project whenever we have questions or want to evaluate our work.
In addition, a progress report will also be sent on Fridays with specifics of the progress that was made this week, the state of the project and the plans for the following week.
Telephone and Zoom sessions can be scheduled any time in the course of the project. However any real-time communication needs to be scheduled prior to the time of the meeting.
