No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website design and development projects
  • Custom coding or software development
  • Website maintenance and updates
  • Digital consultation and strategy sessions

Once payment is received and work has begun, the service is considered non-refundable.

Exceptions

While we do not generally provide refunds, we may consider exceptions in rare cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments due to a technical error
  • A project cancellation request before work has commenced
  • Situations where we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to contact@webzymedia.com, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service before the project has started, you must notify us in writing at contact@webzymedia.com. Any approved cancellations may be subject to administrative fees.

For ongoing services such as website maintenance or subscription-based services, cancellations must be requested at least 15 days in advance before the next billing cycle.

Project Delays & Revisions

Since our services require collaboration, delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, incomplete requirements, late feedback) do not qualify for refunds. We provide revision opportunities within the project scope, and additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
